1 in 2 women feel less confident than men – this is called the confidence gap. It has also been shown that having a mentor can close this gap. To help women unleash their full potential, hair brand Kérastase launched ‘Power Talks’. A mentor program that brings women and mentors together to close the confidence gap . After a successful start in the United States, Kérastase is now working with the NGO #SheDIDIT at a local level. This way they can also provide women with a confidence boost . Including, a Kérastase Power Talks x #SheDIDIT was hosted.
Three brands against the confidence gap
During the Neubauer Artists Hair Spa, three of our favorite brands came together: Rob Peetoom, Kérastase and Redken. In addition to their shared mission for healthy and strong hair, the trio is also committed to giving young women a necessary boost of self-confidence during the Hair Spa. Editor-in-chief Yeliz Ciçek interviewed two enterprising and inspiring power women, Hila Noorzai and Rochelle Peetoom, about their beauty rituals during the Nebauer Hair Spa. Followed by a Power Talk, to inspire famous guests such as Chelsea Weimar and Talissa Benamou to live life with confidence.

During the Nebauer Hair Spa, guests received a hair treatment from the experts of Rob Peetoom. The reopened salon on the Elandsgracht in Amsterdam has been completely renovated and modernized, from waiting room to laundry room.
