Although every year there is a concert, this season the real agenda will be different, starting with an event to which hundreds citizens have been invited.
The kings of Belgium, Philip and Matilde, have celebrated the first Christmas event on their agenda, after surprising with a symbolic Christmas. This year their calendar will be different, since they will not be able to give the traditional concert in the palace, since they are carrying out an important reform in the Throne Room.
However, the works have not been an impediment for Philip and Matilda, along with three of their four children, to receive a hundred guests at the Royal Palace in Brussels.
The 100 people who had the honor of visiting the enclave were selected from volunteers, workers and associates of different social organizations with which the royal family has collaborated in recent years. These, in addition to being received by the kings, have been greeted by three of their children: Elisabeth, Emmanuel and Eleonore.

The five members of the Belgian royal family posed smiling both upon arrival at the reception and inside the ceremony. This is the first public event of your Christmas agenda.
