The actress became the cover star of the April issue of ELLE magazine. She chose revealing outfits for the photo shoot.
You can see more images can be seen here. In an interview with ELLE, Nicole said that she is very happy now and happy with her relationships with the people who surround her.
There are some sides of her job which Nicole is more keen to escape though, as she added that after a glam red carpet on the promo trail, or a fashion party she is always keen to get home to her bubble.
“I have a very busy life with people I love,” she said. — I am raising daughters. I’m a wife, I’m a best friend. I’m a sister, I’m an aunt. I have deeply intimate relationships with people. And that to me is the meaning of life – and then caring about what we leave behind, how we do it, and our sense of respect for it.

Nicole’s latest project is the TV series “Expats,” in which she plays a woman whose son disappeared at the Hong Kong night market. The actress shared some details of her work on the role.
‘I like being a part of something not about my work, not about who I am, none of that. Just a citizen who’s in the world. And my kids love that, too, when I do that,’ she said.
As for life at the family home, Nicole is loving that her daughters are paying more and more attention to her work, with Sunday recently pushing her to make a third season of her smash hit show Big Little Lies.
“I’m lucky to have a job that allows me to explore emotional landscapes that are difficult, strange, extraordinary, bizarre, beautiful and deep,” she said. “I don’t shy away from them, partly because I strive to explore life, what it means to be alive and to feel.”

‘My daughter is the one who watched both of the series and went, “Okay, there’s just no question, there has to be a third,’ she revealed, adding that her teenager has even given notes on character development.
However, there are some aspects of star life that are difficult for the actress, for example, social events with luxurious outfits.
Sometimes it feels a little unreal. I want to go away, take off my dress and put on a jumper. It’s kind of the opposite of Cinderella: I’m glad to come home and just be back to myself. It does seem a little overwhelming. I want to say: “It’s time for meto go home. I’m very tired. I want to be warm, curl up, I want to feel real.”

Nicole now lives in Tennessee with her husband Keith Urban and two teenage daughters Sunday and Faith. She enjoys family life, sometimes taking part in charity events for children and community projects.
