Miley Cyrus admitted that she is not friends with celebrities. The star spoke about this in a new interview with David Letterman. The 31-year-old “Flowers” singer said she prefers “quality over quantity” when it comes to friendships. Recently, the singer began to communicate less with colleagues.
Cyrus recalled performing with Beyoncé, Rihanna and other famous singers in 2007 with the song Just Stand Up, which marked the beginning of their friendship.
“I then found myself between Rihanna and Queen Beyoncé, and they were already quite adults, magnificent. They were probably the same age then as I am now (this is not true: Miley is now 31 years old, Rihanna was 19 years old in 2007, and Beyoncé is 26 years old. – Ed.) ,” said Miley. “And I’m very small ( Miley was 15 years old – Ed. ), with acne and braces, and here I am standing next to Mariah Carey, who is covered in diamonds.”
At the celebration in honor of the singer’s 20th birthday, only members of her team were present and there were not a single friend or peer.
