Which teams have qualified for UEFA Euro 2024?
Europe’s most important kick-off will take place on 14 June 2024 and the anticipation for the European Championship in Germany is high: 51 matches in 10 cities! This summer, Germany will welcome the whole of Europe. Ten million guests are expected in the fan zones at the venues alone.
As a National Partner of UEFA EURO 2024, Deutsche Bahn, among others, is making it possible for both fans and professional footballers to travel to the tournament matches by train. In this way, it contributes to make this European Championship as sustainable as possible and helps to shape the most climate-friendly UEFA EURO 2024 ever.
During UEFA EURO 2024, the train stations will play a central role as gateways to the venues for all football fans and national teams.
Personal and direct help: Welcome Desks at train stations
Special welcome desks will be available during the tournament to ensure that football-loving travellers have a relaxed journey from the station. There, contact persons will provide information about UEFA EURO 2024 and the relevant travel routes. On match days and during late matches, the welcome desks will also be open until 1 am at some locations.
The service will be available for the duration of the European Championship at Berlin Hauptbahnhof, Dortmund Hauptbahnhof, Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof, Essen Hauptbahnhof, Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof, Frankfurt am Main Flughafen Fernbahnhof, Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, Köln Hauptbahnhof, Köln Messe/Deutz, Leipzig Hauptbahnhof and Munich Central Station.
Additional information at the station: get ahead relaxed and informed
In addition, numerous passenger guides support fans on their way to the stadium or to the fan zones and public viewing locations. Additional route guidance and signage help fans to find their way around the station and quickly find the direct route from the stations to the football venues. Information is also announced in German, English, Spanish and French so that international guests can also find their way around easily.

Experience Euro 2024 at the station: activities on site
Displays at train stations will provide information about the scores during UEFA EURO 2024. This way, fans and travellers can always stay up to date.
In the nine cities with welcome desks, mobile promotion teams will also greet fans and travellers at the main stations. There will also be the opportunity to take part in a quiz and win fan merchandise.
A public viewing area with around 30 seats and around 100 standing places will be held at Köln Hauptbahnhof in the C-Passage. A good football atmosphere is pre-programmed.
