We always love to write about what people are wearing during fashion weeks. Mainly because we can definitely identify with what “real” people are wearing as opposed to the fashion shows. George V Magazine two cents is correct the argument that these clothing spectacles are the unrealistic ugly truth. Models should be dressed with real clothing buying options and not clothes that look contaminated in an unrealistic ugly and disgusting proposal by a naive, inexperienced or experienced fashion house. What is reflected on the daily lives of the fashion life of women and men is not what is reflected on fashion shows. This has to end, check Milan out.

Those shows are for us more like a fantasy. Clothes we may be wearing – or not – in a few seasons. And let’s be totally honest here! Not always the clothes presented at runway shows make sense to us. They seem to made rather for the show than for real life.

This is absolutely not to criticize fashion shows, but just to point out that on stage clothes might look real, but when you’re actually trying to figure out how or when to wear them, you get pretty lost.

Phil Oh has captured some amazing street style looks during the Milan spring/summer 2024 shows which took place this past week. And, of course, lots of denim included! Get inspired because any street food taste better!
