She gave her quiet luxury look an edge with some fabulous shoes
Her monochrome ensemble was composed of some elegant staples, plus a few pops of glamour. Paltrow wore a black fuzzy semi-sheer sweater tucked into a silky black tea-length skirt with a sexy slit in the middle—both by G. Label. Over the sweater she wore strands of white pearls layered over a gold chain necklace, and for extra edge, finished the look with a pair of satin black pointed-toe heels embellished with gold-tone rosettes with small white crystals at the center, by Jimmy Choo. Paltrow added some cocktail rings in mixed metals and stones for a pop of holiday cheer. The Goop founder wore minimal, rosy makeup and a subtle black liner; she had her blonde hair down, straight.
Guests at Paltrow’s dinner included industry friends Chelsea Handler, Rachel Zoe, Tinx, and Molly Sims, among others. Many stars styled pieces from the actor’s new G. Label by Goop collection as they toasted to the holidays with custom Basil Hayden cocktails and festive bites.

The latest G. Label collection dropped early this month, and offers cozy knits, wide-leg trousers, maxi skirts, and feminine midi dresses in a rainbow of blacks, nudes, whites, and grays—plus a few pops of color.
