As the royal heir turns 12 this summer, he will have to find a new school next September to continue his senior education.
According to Mail Online, the Princess of Wales was seen touring University College London (UCS) in Hampstead just after it closed for the Christmas holidays. The £30,000 independent day school bills itself as a “brave academic school”. The website says the institution has top-notch facilities and talented teachers.
Kate also reportedly visited Highgate School, which was closed for a day to a “special VIP guest” (presumably Her Royal Highness), the Mail on Sunday reports. Highgate is one of the UK’s leading independent co-educational schools, boasting an impressive 78% pass rate for 2024.
Royal experts suggest that Marlborough College in Wiltshire, where the Princess of Wales was educated, is also being considered by the family as an option for George. Middleton attended there from 1996 to 2000 and excelled both academically and socially, becoming part of the hockey team and making many friends.
