The Queen welcomed the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr. Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, at the Royal Palace in Madrid, and Queen Letizia dazzled as in the past in a beautiful structured tweed dress in navy blue.
Queen Letizia’s spectacular look at lunch with the President of Egypt
Queen Letizia has worn a beautiful structured outfit consisting of two pieces: a jacket with a hidden fastening, a lapel collar and a double hem, and a midi skirt with a slit at the back. Both pieces are made from one of the most elegant fabrics, tweed.
The Queen welcomed the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, Mr. Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, to lunch at the Royal Palace in Madrid during his official visit to Spain. And Letizia’s look makes us dream again of the royal splendor we have seen on other special occasions such as the last State trip to Italy where she wore a Carolina Herrera outfit in a powder pink color.
As for the colour, she has chosen to keep things simple with a dark navy blue, which as a whole has become one of her most elegant and spectacular looks, reminding us of the great styles of the best-dressed European royals such as Kate Middleton or Mary of Denmark.
To add even more to her look, Letizia has brought out one of the most iconic pieces of jewellery of the royal family. A direct inheritance from Queen Sofia, it is a detachable brooch that she has worn on other occasions with the teardrop-shaped pearl that composes it and without it, as on this occasion.
As for the rest of the accessories, the queen opted for comfort on her feet with her favourite comfortable heels, black pumps by Magrit. For her earrings, she wore a very discreet model in white gold and diamonds from the made in Spain jewellery company Ansorena.
