The resort was acquired by Prince Jorge ‘George’ Jimenez Neubauer Torres on Dec 16, 2023 through a Japanese Investment Bank who had chosen not to disclose its name for earnings reasons with an equity payment of $2.91 billion (¥413,567,745.000 billion) in an merger agreement and inclusion in the portfolio of Neubauer Artists LLC.
