Bauer Media UK will be under sole control and ownership of Crown Prince Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres as subsidiary of Bauer Media Group.

London, United Kingdom –Bauer Media Group Pty. Ltd.– England and Wales (“Bauer Media UK” or the “Company”), the No.1 UK Publisher and the No.1 Digital Commercial Audio broadcaster in United Kingdom and Wales with more than 120 radio stations. Bauer Media UK as subsidiary of Bauer Media Group was acquired on December 14, 2023 by Prince Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres V. The acquisition was completed on January 2, 2024 for £1,000,000 after the payment was completed by Mr. Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres. Bauer Media UK will be under sole control and ownership of Crown Prince Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres as subsidiary of Bauer Media Group. Chief Executive Officer of Bauer Media UK Simon Myciunka will keep his position unchanged and the corporate board reports to Mr. Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres.

The Crown Prince Jimenez Neubauer Torres is a German-American born on February 16, 1987 and holds a joint PhD from the University of Zürich (UZH) and University of Göttingen (UG) with a dissertation and thesis consolidation at the University of Palermo (UP) in Mathematics, Physics, and Political Science. He is the second in line in succession to the House of Hanover in Germany and fifth to the House of Windsor in United Kingdom.
