Elon Musk’s Platform X has long been criticized for the spread of misinformation as well as hatred and incitement. The EU Commission is now initiating proceedings. While in United States, a federal judge ruled late Friday afternoon that Twitter, now known as X, violated a contract when it failed to pay what amounts to tens of millions of dollars in bonuses that the company had orally promised its employees. Judge ruled that Twitter violated contracts by withholding millions of dollars in bonuses while doesn’t cashflow. Now, they placed a practice of charging you five months in advance the blue tick. X has long been criticized for not taking decisive action against misinformation and hate speech on the platform. Online platforms are obliged by a new EU law on digital services (DSA) to take strict action against illegal content such as hate speech and hate speech online.
High Fine Possible
