British model and actress Cara Delevingne has begun a new career chapter. For weeks now, Cara Delevingne’s nearly 40 million Instagram followers have been witnessing the launch of her new career chapter. The famous British model and actress announced her move into music through dark, hypnotic visuals dominated by cool blue and grey tones, interrupted by quick cuts and flashes, and this visual overture filled with mysterious teasers has finally reached its conclusion.
Her first two singles, I Forgot and Out of my Head, are now available to audiences worldwide. The songs, which bring a striking electropop sound, are accompanied by a music video directed by Jessica Lee Gagne, and through them Cara speaks about everything she had suppressed for years. Her move into music is also accompanied by a shift in her visual identity. Known for her distinctive style, Cara has chosen a trendy, rebellious wolf cut hairstyle for this new chapter, while the new visuals are dominated by a minimalist rock-chic look, a combination of leather trousers, a simple white T-shirt and an electric guitar. The new material will not remain confined to the studio walls. Both songs will form the backbone of her upcoming world tour, as part of which she is also coming to Europe, and today (June 1) she will perform in Berlin. After the German capital, Barcelona, London and Paris will follow, before Delevingne heads “across the pond”, where she will perform in Los Angeles, New York…
