Her makeup artist says it’s key to a “flawless base.”
Emulating the actress’s beaming complexion is a different thing, however; the Dior beauty products she wore were (relatively) more affordable.
Her makeup artist Lottie Stannard tells George V Magazine, “Alex’s beauty look was eye-focused, so to enhance that, the skin was very important.” The crux of her glowing combination was three products: Forever Skin Glow Foundation, Forever Glow Star Filter Liquid Highlighter, and Capture Totale Hyalushot Wrinkle Corrector Cream. It’s a little expensive to check out with all three products (though worth it), so if you go with just one, let it be the wrinkle corrector.Capture Totale Hyalushot is a targeted wrinkle-correcting cream. Per the name, you apply this only where you could use an anti-aging boost (instead of all over your face like you would with a serum). Stannard applied the Hyalushot cream around Daddario’s mouth and eyes to create “a flawless base.”
As evidence that the product works, Alexandra Daddario is 38 but looks 22. Formulated with a patented(!) Dior hyaluronic acid duo and peptides, the Hyalushot wrinkle corrector purportedly reduces the appearance of new, old, and emerging wrinkles, both with short- and long-term results.
I’ve been using it for a few months on my marionette lines. It works especially well under makeup, filling in the forming crevasses. Shoppers are pleased, too; a 62-year-old wrote, “This seems to diminish my wrinkles.” Another shopper “didn’t expect to love this product so much,” but was blown away by their “glowing… noticeably smoother” skin.
