The Most Beautiful Hairstyles From Milan Fashion Week

As Milan Fashion Week is just bowing out to make way for Paris, we take a look back at the looks and strong trends emerging from the spring-summer 2025 season. While New York was giving pride of place to the middle parting, London welcomed both versions, including the side parting in the equation.

The Line Takes The Tangent

The match went into overtime all the way to Milan. While Boss, Versace and Ermanno Scervino opted for a clean parting of the hair right down the middle of the head; others like The Attico and Elisabetta Franchi preferred side parts.

But that’s not all, in Italy, the parting played on its versatility and went off on a tangent. At Missoni and Francesca Liberatore, it imposed itself in an asymmetrical version. In any case, she wears her hair slicked back on both sides, whether the lengths are loose or not.

Wet Hair, Always

Whether we like it or not, wet hair was very present during this Milan Fashion Week. And contrary to what we are used to seeing, these glossy looks were shown in a deconstructed way at Hui, The Attico and Ferrari. Long and fine shaped locks were sometimes displayed on the contour of the face, sometimes on their forehead. Special mention at Phan Dang Hoang where the models’ wet hair officiated as large locks covering almost their entire forehead.

Natural Waves

Faced with these gel-tamed hairdos with a tousled, styled look , naturalness is essential. While ultra-smooth (like at Versace) hasn’t said its last word, it’s hairstyles with natural waves (perhaps a bit stylized) that are essential for next season. Wavy hair  has been seen at Boss, Roberto Cavalli and Aniye Records.
