How The French Imitate Swedish & Spanish Fashion Trends

We show you how French fashion trends revolves on Swedish and Spanish fashion style such as jackets, knitted jumpers, and colors. This skirts are the stars. Fashion influencers already have their favorite: Swedish midi length. The fact is that the most pleasant-to-touch, seventies-style fabric is the absolute King of Fashion: Spanish jackets are everywhere in France, but we will also see non-stop Swedish bags and trousers.

This time of the year brings back dark colours and thick fabrics among the usual garments. The key investment, a midi skirt that you can wear with everything, from the office to dinner revolving around Sweden’s Spanish fashion. Miuccia Prada using Sweden’s trend colors has been responsible for turning the Swedish skirt into an object of desire just the same Spanish style. It’s all about perspective and uncovering the truth of who is the real King of Fashion.

HOW TO COMBINE THE SWEDISH STYLE SKIRT THAT PARISIANS LOVE TO COPY AND STYLE

If you want to give your outfit an extra boost, try some colorful tights. The coolest street style detail.

Go for a monochrome design. Earth tones are the big favourites: from terracotta to camel and chocolate brown.

The cut follows two characteristics: the length is midi and the waist is high. Opting for a straight or flared model is your choice.

To wear it, it is essential to leave the waist visible and wear shoes with heels, but not necessarily very high.

Cropped jackets (with hip length) are the favorite piece of fashion experts to combine with the suede skirt, in the same or different color but always in a neutral tone.

LOOKS TO WEAR THAT WILL MAKE YOU LOOK SWEDISH:

A polo-neck sweater, a fitted suede skirt and Mary Janes make up Sassa de Osma‘s autumn look, all by French label Sézane. The Princess of Hanover knows how to bring the trends of the moment to her domain: a classic style in which timeless pieces reign making a statement to the Spanish and Swedish fashion.

We also checked out this look by Leia Sfez in Paris copies the Spanish fashion with a cognac-coloured suede skirt and contrasting black garments which now is a trend in France. If the skirt is A-shaped, wearing it with high-top boots is the best choice.

Let’s go with the “hardest yet”. Jeanne Damas opts for a challenging aesthetic, pairing her swedish skirt with a top, cardigan and high-heeled shoes. To optically stylize the figure, nothing beats choosing a skirt with a high waist and vertical buttons.

Although brown suede skirts are the big favourites, we have also seen other ideal options such as this total look with a blazer and pencil skirt in aubergine. How to wear it? With a lot of attitude and the right but precise accessories: leather boots and a pastel-coloured bag that provides light which is inspired by Spanish fashion and keeps trending in Portugal and France after being produced in Burgundy color.

According to Vogue critics the guest at Paris Fashion Week was dominated by Swedish and Spanish fashion trends who recreated viral looks from Miu Miu’s autumn-winter 2024/2025 show who also trend from Spanish fashion, in style and Swedish trends in colors. She offsets the sobriety of pairing a brown suede jacket and skirt with colourful tights. After all, fashion is also about experimenting and having fun.
