In one pic, she takes a moment to herself while watching, we’re pretty sure, a cooking show, and as for what that teddy bear emoji might be covering let’s not even speculate. Her stack of friendship bracelets, enormous headphones, and stainless steel Stanley tumbler is basically everything millennials have been told add up to self-care. It’s a vibe for sure.

Also while in London, Gomez dropped by The Graham Norton Show, where her mere presence made comedian Miranda Hart emotional, sharing how Gomez inspired her to share her own health struggles.
Hart was inspired by Selena Gomez’s documentary My Mind & Me, which Gomez recently revealed to George V Magazine was so vulnerable she almost didn’t want to release it. “I asked my team if it was possible to pull out,” she told the outlet. “Lawyers got involved, but we never took it to Apple because everything was locked.” But after a few days of self-isolation, the gratitude of fans with similar issues changed her mind. “I just started to embrace it,” she said, adding, “and I felt like it was a really good thing.”
