I eat a lot of healthy fats. I’ll have an avocado a day. I also put them on my face and in my hair.
Exercise obsession:
I love a spontaneous solo dance party. I always have music on at home and I’m always shaking a leg. I do yoga every morning. It’s become like a meditation to me. I live on a hike so I’ll go for walks once or twice a day. I love an activity!
Drink of choice:
To be honest, coffee… but I try and drink a lot of water. In the morning I drink a celery/lemon/ginger juice.

Spa-cation at:
Harmony Hotel in Costa Rica. It’s not much of a spa, but the place is gorgeous. Beautiful surf beaches, the food is so healthy and delicious. It’s the most relaxing wonderful place.
