The return of elegance at airports and Catherine Zeta-Jones is proof that elegance is a way of life. We have been witnessing the return of luxury to the world of travel outfit for some time now. We may no longer see the immaculate tweed suit with skirts and heels of the 50s and 60s in the security line, but thankfully the era of tracksuits, slippers and messy hair is behind us. With their latest airport looks, stylish stars like Angelina Jolie, Elle Fanning, Jennifer Lawrence and Catherine Zeta-Jones prove what we already knew: travel elegance is back.
This week, Catherine was spotted strolling through New York’s JFK airport in a luxurious dark brown double-breasted coat and matching wide-brimmed hat. She wore structured black straight-leg trousers, stylish black trainers and a breezy silk scarf with a twist print, which was draped casually around her neck.
She even had three bags: a nude leather handbag, a black Chanel tweed bag with silver buttons and an engraved CC logo of the house, and a black suitcase, showing that she is not only a stylish but also a practical traveler. She completed the look with small dangling earrings, black sunglasses, nude lipstick and a black manicure. Bon voyage!
