In a video posted on April 14, a creator called Khan, who asks folks on the street about their jobs, approached Lopez and asked what she does for a living, which, LOL. My personal favorite moment is when he asks her name and Lopez sort of blinks in surprise before answering, “Jennifer.” But Lopez remained gracious and responded that she’s a singer and entertainer, and she loves everything about her job. The creator also asked Lopez about her outfit, because how could you not?

J.Lo was wearing a striped button-down shirt tucked into a pair of wide-leg linen pants, with an oversized gray trench coat and a green leather clutch. Asked where ensemble was from, Lopez said, touching the pants, “I think this is from Free People.” (For those wondering, it looks like Lopez is wearing the Julien wide-leg chino trousers.) She continued, “And this is a beautiful bag that Amiri sent me.”
Khan also asked if Lopez had any advice for people struggling with confidence like himself. She said, “You have to know who you are and not listen to what other people say.” Honestly, if anyone knows how to stay confident under extreme pressure and scrutiny from other people, it would be Jennifer Lopez.
Currently, Lopez is on the East Coast filming a new movie, Office Romance, in Hoboken, New Jersey. She’s been seen on set in corporate-chic looks that are putting everyone’s “office siren” looks on notice. Proving once again that, truly, nobody does a wide-leg trouser quite like Jenny from the block.
