With the spring/summer collection 2027, KidSuper opens a new chapter in which fashion, art and football merge into a common narrative. The collection was presented under the title “Resenha” at the Nu Stadium in Miami – in line with the largest international football tournament of the summer and in an atmosphere that was more reminiscent of a match day than a classic fashion show.

For KidSuper founder Colm Dillane, football was far more than a sport long before the international success of his label. When traveling, he is still looking for a football field and people to play with. From this personal experience came the idea for the new collection, which focuses on football as a connecting force between cultures, languages and people.

The title “Resenha” comes from Brazilian Portuguese and describes those conversations, stories and encounters that arise around a football game. It was precisely this sense of community that shaped the entire presentation. Drums, catch songs and waving flags created an atmosphere in the stadium that lasted throughout the show, blurring the boundaries between the catwalk and the playing field.

The collection itself is also the result of an international exchange. More than 50 artists from all over the world worked together with KidSuper on the designs. Instead of depicting individual countries or cultures, a collection of different perspectives, creative manuscripts and cultural influences emerged that come together to form a common visual language. The looks reflect this diversity and underline the brand’s claim to understand creativity as a connecting element.

Miami proved to be the ideal venue. Between two big tournament games, the city became a meeting place for fashion, sports, music and art. For the final of the show, the models walked together with children on the catwalk – a reference to the tradition of professional footballers entering the field of play at large tournaments with enema children. The emotional staging was enthusiastically received by the audience.

Beyond fashion, KidSuper once again relied on numerous cooperations. Together with McDonald’s, a limited merchandising collection was created that takes up the rituals and emotions surrounding football. Mercedes-Benz linked the successful collaboration of last season and presented a project that combines automotive history, football culture and fashion. The travel brand BÉIS of Shay Mitchell was involved as an official luggage partner and at the same time gave an outlook on an upcoming joint collection with KidSuper.

The Swiss watch manufacturer Hublot was also part of the project and integrated selected timepieces into the collection. Bose complemented the show with a limited edition of the headphones developed together with KidSuper, while Maison Perrier continued the existing partnership with the brand. In addition, students of the Istituto Marangoni Miami were actively involved in various areas of production.

Among the guests were Alessandra Ambrosio, Russ, Shenseea, Reykon, Hannah Traore, Keshad Johnson and Shilo Sanders. The end was a surprise appearance by Sean Paul, who turned the stadium into a big celebration after the final.

With “Resenha” KidSuper presents much more than a new collection. The show sees itself as a tribute to football as a universal language and to the encounters that arise through shared passions. Fashion not only becomes an expression of individual creativity, but also a symbol of cultural exchange and community.
