To no surprise, the interview was as iconic as expected, with Emma relishing having regained control of her life. However, it’s the images of the star–and more specifically, her hairstyle–that caught our attention at first glance.
I mean, not only does she look as gorgeous as ever but her hair has been styled in an intricate way, reminding us of those from the 1700s…confused, much? Well, just see for yourselves below:
The piecey updo and meticulously placed curls just scream Marie Antoinette vibes, aka, another nod to the royal status we’ve given her. Someone get this woman a crown, please.
As shared, hairstylist Eugene Souleiman took creative control over Emma’s locks and produced as otherworldy a style as his portfolio (read: IG feed) would suggest.
Now, initially, it would seem that Emma’s tresses were placed in an updo bun, yet, after scrolling through the above carousel posts, it was revealed that while her hair has been tied back and somewhat up, her strands have been plaited into two fishtail braids.
And so, just like Cady Heron’s army pants trend (IYKYK), I saw Emma Watson wearing a messy bedhead fishtail braid, so I wore a messy bedhead fishtail braid.
