Instagram’s head of fashion partnerships, Eva Chen, knows a thing or two about dressing for the season. With numerous Fashion Weeks under her belt, she opted to play with texture, wearing a quilted coat and denim, and kept the color palette all black. Try adding, as Chen did, a bit of bling, like a gold chain belt to cinch around your waist. Cap the look with Chelsea boots and Ray-Ban Wayfarer sunglasses or, if you really want to go there.

Fashion’s fallen hard for sweet shades like chocolate brown and this year’s Pantone color of the year, mocha mousse. These hues pair naturally with cream; we love this midi skirt in satin or silk. Wrap a sweater around your neck like a scarf (a trend we spotted in Copenhagen too). For an elegant touch, add black leather opera gloves and a baby suede bag. This faux version from J.W.
