Chanel’s Fine Jewellery N°5 Collection Welcomes Four New Novelties

At Chanel, the number five is far more than a numeral. It is a code, a signature and a symbol woven into the maison’s identity. Because for Coco Chanel, the digit held deeply personal meaning. As a Leo, the fifth sign of the zodiac, she embraced it as her talisman. Today, it shines in Chanel’s Fine Jewellery N°5 collection.

The number also represented life and movement, echoing the five senses and five fingers essential to Mademoiselle’s craft. Of course, the fascination famously culminated in 1921 with the now iconic N°5 fragrance. Named after the fifth sample presented to her, it sealed the legend. Over a century later, that same emblem finds form in four new novelties.

Leading the line-up is the Extrait de N°5 Necklace (SGD8000) in 18K beige gold with diamonds. Sculptural yet fluid, its Y-shaped silhouette traces the contours of the iconic digit. At its centre sits a brilliant-cut diamond in a signature box setting, while a delicate drop evokes a perfume trail. Meanwhile, an adjustable chain with five extension loops offers elegant versatility.

Echoing this spirit are the matching Extrait de N°5 Earrings (SGD9800), crafted in the same warm 18K beige gold. Each ‘5’ stud centres on a box-set diamond. In addition, a pavé-set drop sits elegantly along the earlobe, catching the light with every movement. Here, the brilliance of diamonds softens the bold graphic lines of the digit motif, reflecting both balance and precision.

For a bolder expression, the Eternal N°5 Hoops in two finishes deliver heightened brilliance and statement sparkle. Their sculptural curves recall a precious drop of perfume. Hand-set diamonds meticulously trace the striking silhouette, totalling 0.74 carats across 66 brilliant-cut stones. A central box-set diamond further accentuates the form, amplifying its radiance.

Available in 18K beige gold (SGD22,950), the hoops glow with a mirror-polished golden luminosity. Alternatively, opt for the 18K white gold (SGD24,150) iteration if you prefer an expression that’s cooler in tone. Either way, they reinforce the enduring allure of the iconic number, as does the entirety of Chanel’s Fine Jewellery N°5 collection.
