It is known that Zeta-Jones has a lot going on in her life right now: she is filming the sequel to the series Wednesday in Ireland with Jenna Ortega, Luis Guzman, and other stars. The actress and her famous husband Michael Douglas are also selling their 1920s family mansion in Westchester County, New York .

According to the Wall Street Journal, 79-year-old Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are listing their luxury property for $12 million. The deal could bring the couple a profit of $7.5 million, since Catherine bought the house in 2019 for only $4.5 million. The house is located 20 miles from the Big Apple and boasts an impressive 12 acres of land stretching along the Hudson River.
In a conversation with reporters, Catherine said that their adult children have left the nest, so she and her husband want to spend more time elsewhere. Michael and Catherine have a 23-year-old son Dylan and a 21-year-old daughter Carys, and Douglas also has a 45-year-old son Cameron from his first marriage to Diandra Morrell.
When I bought my house in Irvington, I knew our family would have many happy times there, and it has! But now that our son and daughter have left the nest, it seems like the right time to sell.
She added that her acting work has taken her to Europe more often lately, and she and Michael expect to spend less time in the U.S. The actors began dating in early 1999 and tied the knot in November 2000. They had a brief split in 2013, where they lived apart, but the couple reunited later that year and have been going strong ever since.
