They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, and in the case of Apple Martin (no pun intended), the adage proves true. The eldest daughter of Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin, born in 2004, made her debut at Paris Fashion Week: not in the front row in front of photographers as we were used to seeing her, but on the catwalk, walking for Chloé.

Dressed in a long white dress in eyelet embroidery and leather and wood platforms, Apple Martin was chosen by Chemena Kamali to embody the Spring-Summer 2027 collection alongside some of the “sacred monsters” of the catwalk, such as Natasha Poly and Eva Herzigova.

Apple Martin’s connection to the world of fashion is certainly not new. Last year, the young woman, who recently graduated with a degree in law, history and society from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, was the face of a Gap campaign alongside her mother, Gwyneth Paltrow.

After her brother Moses’ participation in Burberry’s recent summer campaign, it would seem that fashion has taken precedence over film and music for the Paltrow-Martin family, fields in which their parents excel. Unless, of course, this runway show, and her talent for posing, is just the beginning.
