Victoria Beckham has reportedly invested more than $3 million in H7B Ltd, a company linked to a reported beauty venture for her daughter, Harper Beckham.

Trademark filings cover skincare, make-up and fragrance under the name Harlo by Harper. The brand is reportedly planned for 2027 but has yet to be formally announced, according to WWD. H7B Ltd’s accounts describe the spending as relating to “brand creation”.

H7B Ltd was incorporated on 22 October 2024 and lists Victoria Beckham and Oliver Samuel Shipton as its directors. Shipton is also a director of Victoria Beckham Beauty UK Ltd. H7B filed its accounts on 1 October 2026 for the period ending 31 December 2025.

A UK trademark application for Harlo by Harper was filed on 8 July 2026, claiming a US priority date of 3 June.

The proposed trademark covers a broad range of beauty products, including cosmetics, perfumes, make-up, non-medicated skincare, sunscreen, haircare, soaps, body care and acne-care cosmetics. It also covers acne medicines and treatments, medicated facial cleansers, antibacterial handwash and hand-sanitising preparations.

The application also includes online retail services for beauty products and related goods, including bags, brushes and hair accessories.

The filings follow comments made by Victoria Beckham about her daughter’s beauty-brand idea on the Aspire with Emma Grede podcast in May. Beckham said Harper had approached her two or three years earlier while experiencing difficulties with her skin.

Recalling Harper’s explanation, Beckham said: “She said, ‘I really want to create a brand because I know what I want, what I cannot find, and I do not want other people to have to go through what I have been through’.”

Victoria Beckham Beauty launched in 2019. The wider business, which spans fashion and beauty, reported its first operating profit in 2025, recording £7.3 million compared with a £1.6 million loss in the previous year. Group revenue increased 15% to £129.8 million.

The company also reported growth across its beauty business, including skincare and fragrance. It said The Foundation Drops more than doubled the size of its skincare business and became its second-best-selling product.

Victoria Beckham Beauty has set a target of being available in more than 300 retail locations across 15 markets. A launch in the Middle East is planned before the end of 2026.
