Blue dial and silver counters
Riding on the waves of two major watch events this week, Tudor also announced a new boutique-edition Black Bay Chrono, featuring a rich blue.
Dubbed “Blue,” the timepiece features a rich denim hue on its dial and bezel, creating a sophisticated visual contrast against its stainless steel build. In line with the usual aesthetic codes for the Black Bay series, the reference boasts a mix of satin-brushed and polished finishes.
The lumed indices, Snowflake hands and silver chronograph counters all create a clear contrast from the blue dial plate while maintaining the model’s sleek and sporty appeal. Coming in a 41mm case size, the watch is accompanied by a matching 5-link bracelet fitted with Tudor’s “T-Fit” rapid adjustment clasp.
The Black Bay Chrono “Blue” Boutique Edition runs on the MT5813 Manufacture chronograph movement, a COSC-certified caliber geared with 70 hours of power reserve, a column wheel construction and a vertical clutch. The watch is currently available through Tudor’s offline boutiques with a price tag of $5,675 USD.
