What Is Dandelion And What Is It Used For?
Dandelion, scientific name Taraxacum officinale, is a perennial herbaceous plant of the Asteraceae family also known as dandelion, with its bright yellow flowers. How To Consume Dandelion Drink?

Place 1-2 tablespoons of dried dandelion leaves in a teapot. Heat the water, let it boil for 5-10 minutes and strain while pouring the herbal tea into the cup. Given the bitter taste of dandelion, you can sweeten the herbal tea with honey or a natural sweetener such as erythritol.
To prepare the herbal tea you can use both the dried leaves or in a sachet, but also the dandelion root, with which you can create a draining, cleansing, anti-cellulite, hepatoprotective and anti-inflammatory decoction.
