The proof lies in a new Bridgerton preview released by Netflix on Wednesday, which also serves as our first look at the newlywed couple in motion in the period drama’s upcoming third season.
When his sister Francesca requests time alone, Anthony tells his inquiring mother Violet that he also needs a moment and that he would like to use it to “dance with my beautiful wife.” On the ballroom floor, the viscount couldn’t keep his eyes, nor his hands, off Kate and sneaks in a quick kiss mid-twirl.

Season 3 will follow Penelope and Colin’s journey from estranged friends to potential lovers. Penelope, who decided to move on from her crush on Colin after overhearing him insult her at last season’s Featherington Ball, will lean on him to find a suitable husband.
Meanwhile Colin, who returned from his summer travels with a new sense of swagger, agrees to this in the hopes of warming her up to him again. But he must also grapple with whether his feelings for her are “truly just friendly,” per the official synopsis.
