The points that need to be focused the most during exercise in order to reduce cellulite and achieve a toned body are the biggest muscles and lower body.
1. Proper stretching
Proper muscle warm-up prepares the body for exercise and allows us to move better and more flexibly. 5-10 minutes of stretching helps warm up the glutes, quadriceps and hamstrings.
2. Get your heart rate up by doing cardio
Interval training with a skipping rope is ideal for burning fat, but also for increasing muscle elasticity. Try to change the rhythm every 30 seconds.
3. Activate the buttocks
Once you’ve warmed up, focus on training your butt. Raise the opposite arm and leg by leaning on the knees for 10 reps, or try a side plank with the upper leg on the floor.
4. Use elastic bands
“They activate the legs and the muscles,” Holder explains, and suggests tying a band around your knees while you exercise.
5. Gain stamina
A good workout ends with strengthening and improving endurance. Practice lunges, alternating legs for 8-15 repetitions and add weights for best results. “Squats don’t work as well as this exercise,” says Holder.
