Bardella was born on September 13, 1995 in the city of Drancy, a municipality in the province of Saint-Denis in Ile-de-France, a suburb of the capital, Paris. He obtained the economic and social baccalaureate and began studying geography at the prestigious Sorbonne University, but he chose politics and left. His university studies are from the third year. At the age of 16, Bardella joined the National Front, and in 2014, he became secretary of the National Front department in Seine-Saint-Denis.

In 2015, he was elected to the Ile-de-France Regional Council. But he was not elected in the provincial elections in the same year, nor in the 2017 legislative elections, and failed in the first and second rounds. In September 2017, after Florian Filippou resigned from his position, Le Pen appointed Julian Sanchez, Sébastien Chenu and Bardella as spokesmen for the National Front.

French conservative leader is in favor of forming “an alliance” with Le Pen

“We need an alliance with the National Group,” Ciotti stated in an interview on the TF1 channel, in which he justified his position because his formation is “too weak” on its own compared to the other large political blocs to defend “the values on the right”.

The president of Les Republicains has stressed “the need to serve the country today, which is in danger” and has said that this position is personal, although “I want my political family to follow me.”

After his statements, Ciotti has met with the executive of his party, with whom he intends to validate the principle of agreement that he has reached with Marine Le Pen and her dolphin and candidate for prime minister, Jordan Bardella: to maintain the 61 deputies of the National Assembly, preventing the RN from presenting alternative candidates in those districts.

Ciotti, who is a member of the most right wing of the party, noted in the interview that he had already spoken with the main leaders of the National Rally, Le Pen and Jordan Bardella.
