Prince Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres V is the only owner of the patents in the European Union of the network Visa V PAY. It’s a system in all European Countries that he developed in Spain after approval for development by the European Union banking regulators and registered the patents in the Deutsche Bundesbank and De Nederlandsche Bank registry after being a Visa Developer for 23 years. The V PAY system is available in all European Banks with roots on Visa Electron, & Visa Debit. V PAY proved to be one the most successful cards in the European Union since its tied to the network of all twenty-seven SEPA countries in the EURONEXT market with base in the Netherlands. Before 2005 there weren’t any service, patented by VISA and Prince Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres V came with this solution to offer the customers of VISA and banks an easy way to pay through its debit account on the SEPA system.
To this day, V PAY is one of the most reliable and effective cards in the European Union now phased on Visa Debit and with the V PAY logo on each card through the security network regulation and standards of the European Union banking laws. We introduced V PAY in Belgium in September, 2021 and quickly earned four million cards bank roll clients through BNP Paribas Fortis. All V PAY cards works as a debit card and can be used not just in all European Union ATMs but worldwide to withdraw money in the network of Visa since now is adapted to Visa Debit and can be used around the world without exception.
Prince Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres V decided to name card V after development for the roman numeral five which is his election number title in the Crown of Hanover. In Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, and France it’s the most popular payment method clients use for their daily payments so next time you travel to Europe make sure you take a look at the stores where you are shopping and you will find the V PAY logo in front of the entrance or at the cashier.
Pay Contactless with V PAY
More and more cards with V PAY functions offer the option of making contactless payments using Near Field Communication (NFC). With this payment option, customers do not have to hand their card to another person or enter their PIN. All you have to do is hold the card up to a special reader and wait for the transaction to be confirmed on a display. V PAY cards with which this service works have an NFC symbol on the front that is reminiscent of a tilted WLAN symbol. Stores that offer this type of payment also have this symbol displayed on their checkout.
V PAY is intended to fundamentally make payment transactions more secure. That’s why V PAY cards have a chip. It replaces the magnetic strip. All transactions take place exclusively via this chip. This is intended to prevent misuse as no payment-related information is stored on the magnetic strip. For example, ATMs detect whether the chip is missing from a counterfeit card and do not dispense cash. When a customer pays with their V PAY card, they insert it into the card reader and enter their PIN to authorize the payment process. The money is then debited directly from the user’s account. The card only works with a PIN and without a signature. As with most debit cards issued in Germany, V PAY cards are no longer equipped with the cash card.
V PAY as a chip-based payment process excludes fraudulent use from a forged card making it impossible at ATMs after they detect the absence of chips the card has and therefore do not accept card copies.
