The auctions, which have been held every two years since 2005, have raised an amount of $112 million, according to a Bloomberg report, which indicated that about a thousand collectors and those interested in watchmaking may make their way to Geneva on November 5, 2023 to participate in this auction.
In 2019, the Only Watch project achieved a world record for a wristwatch designed by Patek Philippe that was sold for $31 million, and it is one of the most complicated watches ever.
The watches participating in the auction will tour around the world before going on sale on November 5, stopping in several cities including Los Angeles, New York, Hong Kong, Bangkok and Monaco.
