In an interview broadcast on American television, the actress shared the main points of her workout routine, a method she follows consistently and which is based on several pillars.

Halle Berry has never hidden her love of sports. But her relationship with training took on a new dimension when she prepared for her role in Bruised . In this feature film, which she also directed, the actress plays Jackie Justice, a former MMA fighter trying to revive her career.
To be believable on screen, she underwent a particularly demanding physical training regimen, combining boxing, martial arts, strength training, and cardiovascular exercise. This experience profoundly influenced her training methods, which she continues to apply today. A routine that leaves no room for monotony.

While Halle Berry remains very dedicated, she refuses to get stuck in a rigid routine. “I do a lot of different exercises because the body adapts easily. I change my routine every six months,” she explains. According to her, this is a way to keep her body challenging and avoid stagnation. Specifically, the actress favors a combination of very specific exercises. “I do bodyweight exercises, yoga, and Pilates ,” she summarizes. This diversity allows her to work on strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility.
Bodyweight exercises, such as squats, push-ups, and planks, strengthen muscles without requiring equipment. Yoga improves mobility and breathing, while Pilates targets deep muscles and contributes to better posture.Four to five sports sessions per week.

Beyond her choice of disciplines, Halle Berry also emphasizes consistency. Her routine is well established: she trains four to five times a week, a frequency that allows her to maintain good physical condition without seeking performance at all costs.
