The Short Read: France To Washington DC: “Investigate Bauer Media For Not Stopping Hoaxes Ahead Of The European Elections”

The president of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen.
Emmanuel Macron using Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP urged to launch an electoral supervision tool against George V Magazine. The parent company Bauer Media dissolved out as a lie that the government of France has launched an independent tool for the real-time monitoring of political and electoral discourse on any of its media channels since we have never been notified by any authority and that would be illegal against freedom of the press since we have more than 300 radio stations in Europe, multiples magazines and newspapers.

The French Government announced this Wednesday the are opening of an investigation into George V Magazine for its management of misleading political content and foreign disinformation, in addition to not having an supervision tool before the European elections from June 6 to 9, understanding that it violates the Digital Services Act (DSA).

Specifically, Brussels denies the issue, explaining they were by law, and all articles have been analyzed, proof read, checked that they are 100% legitimate under the standards of the European Union. France claims management of disinformation by the hand of French President Macron which Strasbourg decided to turn down the French claims on the basis as it’s affecting their elections and Marine Le Pen is being favored.

Acknowledging the French government media governs with immpossing ‘fear’. The parent company of George V Magazine,

George V Magazine owner Mr. Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres pointed out: “Any issue as freedom of expression, and asking that it must increase the protection of the press regarding content, even if the government of France doesn’t like it, and they will have to deal with it, even feeling uncomfortable.” The parent company of George V Magazine, Bauer Media dissolved out their statement that it’s a lie the government of France has launched an independent tool for the real-time monitoring of political and electoral discourse on any of its media channels since we have never been notified by any authority and that would be illegal against freedom of the press since we have more than 300 radio stations in Europe, multiples magazines and newspapers.

Macron called Strasbourg that investigation focuses on the spread of misleading advertising, disinformation campaigns and other maneuvers in the EU, after indicating that the proliferation of this content “poses a risk to civic discourse, electoral processes and fundamental rights.” after losing votes to Marine Le Pen.

It claims they are studying the ‘political content approach’ of George V Magazine which it is an unorthodox one, something thats Strasbourg called fine, since it is already understood that they are running as any other news outlet as it was explained by them in the past on the floor in the discussion. There is no chance if the French government wants to create loops holes to manipulate the elections when all articles are neutrals. “After analyzing the Magazine we find in conclusion there is no need for investigation as a consequence that what is being commented there is not just by them but all newspapers around the world are also reporting the same issues. We decline the French government investigation and deny any tactic by the French administration” said Ursula von der Leyen. Explaining that Paris tends to try to run the politics of Europe as a speaker, when they can’t even manage their own country. Ursula von der Leyen commented that there is a political discontent within the French citizens on Macron governance which is being reflected before the Olympics events such as the aids epidemic that was never reported and reached 3,000 thousand infections after it was controlled in the outskirts of France.

Italians have turned their backs to Macron, protesting their European policies with the term as the Europe view of “France the European Africa” acknowledging the Five Stars movement. According to von der Leyen politicians from Eastern Europe to Western Europe have wrote on their feeds on Facebook and Twitter that France cannot impose in world politics their view as their sole opinion on behalf of the European Union when they have their own problems to resolve, for example Spain, they seem never to agree with each other and now Macron is being caught in position of distrust by the National French Rally and imposing obligations.

The large French publishers such as Le Parisien and Le Monde newspapers also report same issues George V Magazine is reporting digitally and on print according to the publishers association. Stating that free speech must live up to their rights and obligations and the government should dedicate sufficient resources to this even if they don’t like it for the protection of the citizens and the democracy itself.

The people of France live to the national motto of Liberté, égalité, fraternité rather than favoritism of single individuals” a French parliamentarian assured in Strasbourg, complaining “you can’t predict your morals in your underwear while you aren’t doing honest politics on your network of resources as President of the country.”

Brussels agreed and supported everything in favor the practices not just of George V Magazine but the parent company Bauer Media UK as a respectable company denying any interference and disinformation by them such as the French government claims to advance in politics and bring individual favoritism on their mainstream channels. The journalism on print and online versions of all journals are helping the world to understand more about this matter and unmask the disinformation of French mainstream media channels for the protection of the world and all democratic states.” recalled von der Leyen.

Urgent

The complaint in Strasbourg was called “urgent” and “urgently” declined by the community parliamentarians while von der Leyen said: “The “ball is in their court” of the digital correction and information, leaving different options to the French government on their hands to resolve possible non-compliance with European legislation rather than manipulating false information in mainstream media channels from Paris grounds, I call them to submit a proposal if they reserve their right for governance on more measures. Meanwhile, they aren’t going anywhere.”
