…and signed her new book to a small public.
The princess opted for one of the trends that will be very popular this fall: “denim on denim,” pairing an indigo blue denim shirt with a pair of black jeans.
The denim shirt is one of the essential items for facing Autumn 2026 in style. This is what the fashion trends for next season say and Charlotte Casiraghi confirms it by showing off a denim-on-denim look ready to be replicated asap in recent days at a meeting dedicated to literature in Thionville.

Having just turned 40, the daughter of Caroline of Monaco has returned to her public duties at a particularly happy time: her first book, La Fêlure, has achieved great success and, on a personal level,
Charlotte Casiraghi’s denim shirt is THE piece of autumn
Charlotte Casiraghi is known for almost always choosing comfortable and sophisticated workwear looks , often relying on her beloved striped shirts, which she owns in numerous variations. This time, however, she has left the stripes aside for a denim shirt , another great classic destined to make a comeback this fall. She has chosen a blue, masculine-cut model, pairing it with black, mid-rise, straight-leg jeans. With this combination, Charlotte interprets the denim-on-denim trend, one of the simplest and most effective ways to create a casual look, personalising it with accessories.
On her feet, the princess debuted a pair of black Saucony sneakers, a brand much loved by runners that in recent years has also established itself in urban fashion thanks to its retro aesthetic.
She completed the look with a beige canvas shopping bag and, during the meeting, she tied her hair up in a soft ballerina bun, one of those updos that few royals choose, but that Charlotte wears with extreme naturalness.
With this outfit, Charlotte Casiraghi confirms denim as one of the great protagonists of autumn: from shirts to dresses, including jackets, oversized and structured silhouettes, baggy jeans, dark shades like black and indigo, and lived-in finishes dominate.
