This is undoubtedly the reference that generated the most buzz. On September 6th, the actress posted photos on Instagram of herself wearing a long, butter-yellow satin dress with a plunging back. There’s no doubt about it: it’s an homage to the dress worn by Kate Hudson in the iconic film How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. But while the original dress was custom-made by designer Carolina Herrera, Lili Reinhart’s stylist found her a replica (slightly less revealing) at Caché. As a nod to this iconic film, the Love Hypothesis actress captioned her post with the lyrics to the film’s song, which went viral on social media.
