Kris Jenner has revealed for the first time that she used Ozempic, which made her feel “really sick.”
During an interview on the SHE MD podcast, the 70-year-old businesswoman explained why the popular injectable weight loss drug didn’t work for her.
“I tried it. We tried it once, when no one knew what it was, and it made me feel really sick.”
She herself, remembering those moments, said: “I couldn’t work anymore. I couldn’t. I felt so sick… I was terribly nauseous.” Then she talked about what really helped her.

“I realized that a peptide injection was really great for me,” Kris Jenner said. “And I combine it with nutritional supplements.”
She added that the peptides gave her more energy than she had before, and that the supplements are also beneficial for hair, nails, and skin.
Injectable peptides — short chains of amino acids — have become increasingly popular in recent years. According to the American Medical Association, these injections are used for purposes such as weight loss and improving athletic performance, among other purported benefits.
However, experts warn that the effects of some of these peptides have not been extensively studied and may cause side effects, from stomach upset to pancreatitis.
