The report released Wednesday criticized the use of compliance money by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to fund personnel costs and tasks, like buying real estate, cars, donating money to third parties, and either in part or in full were connected to the overhaul.

The incident occurred on Sunday when a suspicious items was found in the South Terminal area, according to Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office. Authorities reported that they closed TSA security checkpoints for concourses G, H, and J, along with the curbside roadway, while the items reported as a bomb were investigated.
