Lawrence, like Lopez just a few weeks before her, stepped out in New York City wearing extra-roomy jeans during a May 9 stroll.

Jennifer Lawrence kept the rest of her look sweet and simple, forsaking jewelry for AirPods and a pair of oval-shaped sunglasses. For that extra-casual vibe, she left her hair down in her loose, natural waves.

Back in April, Jennifer Lopez went house hunting in Manhattan wearing a $600 pair of baggy Acne jeans that come pre-dirt stained. A week later, she hit the city streets once again in a pleated pair, cementing the oversize style as her spring staple.

At 5’5″, J.Lo is considerably shorter than J.Law, meaning the pop star typically needs a pair of platforms to prevent a dragging-on-the-ground situation. Though she’s known to rock a stiletto, she’s not against a platform Ugg, either.
