Each piece of jewelry has its own storage requirements. For example, gold and platinum cannot be placed next to silver, as this can lead to darkening of the products. Don’t forget about pearl jewelry; it’s also better to look for a separate box for them. Unusual massive jewelry made of natural stones, beads, acrylic and so on are best stored in boxes with large cells. This will ensure the safety of materials that are easily damaged.
Earrings, bracelets and rings
If everything is clear with necklaces and chains, what should we do with the rest of the products? Sort too! Jewelry should not touch each other, especially earrings. Good boxes have roller dividers so you can store rings. And for earrings, it’s better to choose a special tablet where all the jewelry will be visible. It is recommended to store bracelets in cases or in separate velvet bags. Keep them away from the open air.

However, if you have exactly this, make sure that the inside is lined with soft fabric, and that the wood itself is not oak, because it contains acids that lead to darkening of the products. It is important to remove jewelry when playing sports, and also not to allow water or dust to settle on it. Do not store jewelry with costume jewelry under any circumstances; this can be a fatal mistake.
