Sure, I wore my suits on the occasional Saturday day trip to Coney Island or a week-long family vacation, but I wasn’t often near water. Now that I’m moving to Los Angeles, I’m confident my pieces will finally see the sunlight. And because I anticipate swimwear to be a core part of my new Cali wardrobe, I’m seeking styles that feel really me, like the new beaded looks on the market. As someone who won’t pass up a moment to shimmer, I’m all over the emerging swim trend.
They ooze glamour, they can easily be incorporated into your everyday looks. For an evening out, I’d wear a one-piece as a bodysuit with a flowy maxi skirt and strappy sandals. And when I’m spontaneously out exploring my new city, I’d tone down said suit with denim shorts.
