Several months after his arrival at Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappé gave his first real interview in Spanish.
Kylian Mbappé gave his first real interview in Spanish since joining Real Madrid last summer. The former Paris Saint-Germain player spoke to the Spanish channel La Sexta.
“I want to make my mark on the era (…) I have nothing else in mind but Madrid,” he declared. “It wasn’t difficult to choose between Real Madrid and money,” added the French national team captain , when asked about the pay cut he agreed to compared to what he earned in Paris, but also about possible offers from Saudi Arabia.
Kylian Mbappé also requested that Vinicius Jr., who is sometimes linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, remain at Real Madrid: “I came here with the idea of playing with Vini. I can’t imagine Real Madrid without Vini.” He insists that he is keeping this collective goal in mind: to win his first Champions League title, while the club already has fifteen.
