Gallo was formerly vice-president in charge of products at fitness brand Nobull. Before that, he spent nearly six years at New Balance, as general manager in charge of the Global Team Sports and Promo Sports categories. He also previously led product marketing for Reebok’s fitness training range, and was in charge of team sports at Adidas.
Paulson will contribute the know-how she gained at Saucony, where she spearheaded material development and innovation, and led the Human Performance Lab. It’s knowledge that PrimaLoft is keen to tap in order to develop innovative, efficient and sustainable insulation materials.

Cavassa took office as president almost a year ago, having previously worked at Nike, Timberland and Saucony. PrimaLoft’s hiring strategy is geared towards expanding its client base by adding lifestyle brands to more performance-oriented ones. Last year, PrimaLoft launched a new range of materials made using marine plastic waste.
