Neither of her famous parents were in attendance, perhaps to avoid stealing the spotlight from their daughter’s fashion moment, though Nicole was spotted at the afterparty in Paris and at the Balenciaga show.
There was plenty of star-power on the catwalk however, as other models included Hilary Swank, Willem Dafoe, Little Simz, Thai singer Minnie, and Alexa Chung.
“I’ve been wanting to do this for so long,” Kidman Urban told Vogue in a video clip shared online. “So when the offer came through, it was really exciting and now the day’s finally here.”
She revealed she had also been doing some shopping in the city, saying “How could you come to Paris and not shop?” and shared that although she had felt “stressed,” everyone had been “really nice”.
Kidman and Urban are also parents to daughter Faith Margaret Kidman Urban.
Nicole showed her pride and admiration for her daughter by re-sharing an image of Sunday Rose on the catwalk on her Instagram story surrounded in hearts.
