The owner of Neubauer Artists Jorge Jimenez Neubauer Torres and partners said “We have signed a lease for the next 6 years for $36 million with option of renewal for the office space in order to turn into our headquarters until we find another building. If everything goes well, we might stay here, since we feel very comfortable unless we need more space and right now employees are adapting to their private spaces so relocation might not be an option. We find it a very convenient place for us to operate from this location” he added.
