On Friday, once the Jon Batiste performance at Tommy Hilfiger brought the first official day of New York Fashion Week to a close, it was — of course — time to party.
Luckily Prada Beauty answered, hosting a late-night bash on the Williamsburg waterfront to celebrate the relatively new launch of beauty at Prada.
For some, the venue was draw enough: the atrium space of the Domino Sugar Factory has only been open for a few months and very few fashion events have been held there, so it was a first visit to the space for many.
There was Katie Holmes, dressed in a cozy gray cardigan and green shiny pencil skirt, while Sofia Richie Grainge, quickly becoming a belle of NYFW, made a quick change from the Tommy Hilfiger show and opted for a more muted all-black ensemble — all the better to highlight the makeup. She was joined by her husband, Elliot Grainge.
Maude Apatow and Iris Apatow are making fashion week a sister affair, first with Prada and then Gucci the following night. Actresses AnnaSophia Robb, Alisha Boe and Tommy Dorfman were there, as was Nick Robinson, Dylan Sprouse and Aaron Rose Philip. Charli D’Amelio opted for a double denim Prada ensemble, Alioune Badara paired his all-black look with long white opera gloves, Lily Chee brightened her black-and-white outfit with a cherry red Prada bag, and for Reign Judge, it was a leopard moment, wearing a long printed coat and carrying a pink Prada bag.
