Kat Saenz Productions reported closing 2025 with approximately $4.5 million in annual revenue, reflecting continued growth in the U.S. private and corporate events sector. Company data indicates that the firm executed more than 250 events in the past year, ranging from luxury weddings to brand activations and private celebrations across multiple cities.

Industry figures provide context for this expansion. Demand for in-person gatherings has remained resilient as corporate marketing budgets shift back toward experiential campaigns following pandemic-era disruptions.

Multi-City Execution Across U.S. Markets

In 2025, Kat Saenz Productions delivered events in Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Texas, and Colorado. The firm’s ability to operate across these markets reflects a broader industry pattern in which clients increasingly request destination events or multi-location activations tied to product launches, fashion weeks, or media campaigns.

Executing events across jurisdictions introduces logistical variables beyond design work. Vendor sourcing, venue compliance, labor coordination, and transportation of decor or fabrication materials are often managed simultaneously. Saenz noted that this requires planning cycles distinct from single-location projects. “Every city operates differently in terms of permits, labor timelines, and vendor availability,” she said.

International Projects Mark Entry Into Global Delivery

The company also produced events in Dubai and St. Martin in 2025, representing its first sustained international engagements. Destination projects typically require adaptation to local supply chains, time-zone differences, and cultural preferences.

Global destination weddings account for a substantial share of luxury event spending, with international wedding travel recovering steadily since 2022. Production firms working abroad must often coordinate freight logistics, customs documentation for decor items, and venue-specific insurance requirements.

“When you’re producing abroad, you’re not working with your usual vendor base or infrastructure,” Saenz said. “You have to understand what can be sourced locally and what needs to be transported.” The firm has confirmed plans for a wedding in Italy in 2026, with additional overseas projects under consideration.

Celebrity Client Work Reflects Private Market Demand

Company records indicate collaborations with public figures including Sofía Vergara, Antonela Roccuzzo, Usher, Ivanka Trump, Thalía, Eva Longoria, Alix Earle, and Camila Coelho—projects that often involve confidentiality agreements and coordination with security teams.

Kat Saenz Productions has also announced plans to launch an event planning course in 2026 aimed at aspiring planners. The curriculum is expected to address business structuring, pricing frameworks, branding considerations, and client acquisition strategies.

Saenz said the initiative is intended to share lessons from managing a growing production schedule. “We want to explain what it takes to move from managing one or two events a month to overseeing projects across multiple locations,” she said.
