“Rosalita is a stunning, palatial, beachfront villa on Harbor Island, a heavenly strip of beach northeast of Eleftheria where cars are prohibited and the sand is pink,” the website states.
Tucked into a hillside capped by a giant sand dune, the estate offered the “Cruel Summer” singer and the NFL star “complete privacy.”
Accommodations include a personal chef and sous chef, a house manager, three butlers, three housekeepers, three gardeners/beach keepers and a security guard in the evenings.

The home’s kitchen is fully equipped with chef-quality appliances that complement its coastal-contemporary features, including white cabinetry, exposed beam ceilings, and iridescent tile walls.
The pantry is fully stocked with ‘basics and spices’ and the chefs prepare lunch and dinner using the hotel’s vegetable garden.
Food can also be prepared in the pizza oven, charcoal grill or gas grill, depending on the cuisine of the day, and guests have the option of dining indoors or outdoors.
“A light breakfast buffet to be enjoyed at your leisure, which may consist of oats, toast, fruit, boiled eggs and a selection of jams on the kitchen island from 7am. to 10 a.m., prepared by our staff,” the website says, adding that lunch is usually served “family-style” poolside.
Meanwhile, pre-dinner cocktails are served in the evenings and guests have the option of a formal plated meal.
The grand living space is outfitted in matching beach decor with plenty of plush seating areas overlooking an expansive ocean view veranda.

The private gym features a Peloton, weight station, yoga mats and floor-to-ceiling mirrors.
The main house has five bedrooms, four of which have king-size beds, while the Palm Cottage guest house has an additional king-size bed suite. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
